Devon Partnership Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) Forum
The aim of the Public Patient Involvement group is to discover ways to improve and assist the direction of renal services. It is a group for you to have your views known to improve the service to you – everything from dialysis, shifts, transport… anything which affects your life as a patient. (It‟s not for complaints – there are other routes for them).

"We are an independent network of local people and groups in Devon that exists to make sure that people across Devon get the health and social services they need."
"To support this aspect of our work we have developed a communications, engagement and involvement strategy. The
strategy describes how the South West Specialised Commissioning Group (SCG) will improve the services it commissions by involving people in how services are planned, delivered and evaluated. Involving the public in the work of the SCG helps to ensure that services are patient centred, accessible, equitable and of high quality."
